Description Uncomplicated, fresh and easy drinking – perfect house rosé. A vivid pale strawberry pink with aromas of crushed red berries and appealing soft berry flavours, dry yet fruity with some crunchy acidity on the finish, this is an easy drinking fresh rosé with real character. Vinified from the local Tannat grape variety with some Cabernet Franc and Merlot, harvested fully ripe in October. The secret of modern rosé vinification is to capture all the delicate aromatics and flavours of red grape varieties but then to cool vinify the pale-coloured juice with all the expertise of white wine vinifcation. Food Recommendations:- A great all rounder, perfect with antipasti, salads, grilled fish and chicken.
